Job Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports; ensure accuracy and compliance; manage audits .
- Review all tax filings (VAT, WHT, TOI); ensure compliance with GDT regulations; liaise with authorities.
- Oversee import costing (duties, taxes, logistics); monitor vehicle profitability; control inventory and pricing.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; monitor KPIs and performance.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, AR/AP, and working capital.
- Support feasibility study, CAPEX planning, cost structure (BOM, labor, overhead), and system setup.
- Ensure strong internal controls; prepare reports for shareholders/JV partners.
- Supervise and develop the finance team, improve processes and systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA/ ACCA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years in finance/accounting.
- Experience in automotive, trading, or manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in import costing and/or project setup is an advantage.
- Experience in joint venture or multinational environment is a plus.
- Able to speak Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and compliance.
- Understanding of import duties and costing structure.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing cost (for future SKD).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
