Job Descriptions:
- Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Work closely with marketing, and teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high quality work within deadlines.
- Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to achieve the best results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously enhance design quality and creativity.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy access by the team.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Impeccable skills in visual communication and understanding user behavior
- Highly curious about trying new things, fun-loving and collaborative with teams
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
