Job Descriptions:
- Maintains working relationships and keep updating to relevant departments.
- Ensure the good quality of customer service provided and problem solving of house owners and tenants.
- Keep updating information to managers and maintenance staff to monitor till case closure.
- Checks income (cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies) in and out and verifies before deposits at the end of each shift to income sale and account.
- Ensure customer service departments meet the expected results.
- Review occupancy and vacancy Units status in daily basis to find the available units for rent.
- Take action to customer service department to call and follow up tenants and house owners for management fee payment.
- Review daily customer service work and activity reports generated by management.
- Review customer service log book and guest feedback forms on a daily basis.
- Ensure the request form of customers keep referring them to relevant department and maintenance staff on time.
- Ensure recording the documents such as house owners’ profile and other related information in file both soft and hard copy with hygiene and tidiness.
- Follow up the pending suggestion with relevant department and maintenance staff.
- Verify the documents on house handover and the maintenance plan to close the 3-year maintenance warranty.
- Conduct basic market survey or research tasks related to customer satisfaction to find out of area to be improved to make the service better.
- Cooperate with related staff to check/visit the house and public area to get the update information.
- Join daily, weekly, monthly, annual meeting with team and stakeholders.
- Write daily report to supervisor and managers.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/managers.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor degree of management. business administration or other related-fields.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service, operations or others related.
- Good command of English proficiency, Chinese is an advantage.
- Good communication and Problem Solving skill with friendly and professional manner.
- High commitment of role and responsibility and willing to work as a team.
- Strong organizational and time management.
- Ability to complete multi-tasks at once.
- Able to work under pressure.
