Job Descriptions:
- Greet residents and visitors in person or on the phone, answering or referring inquireswith helpful attitufe.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Lobby area is cleas, tidy, and presentable with all necessary stationary and material (Forms, Pens, Brochures..)
- Prepare the invoice and announcement for resident deliver to mail box.
- Control and Prepare announcement report.
- Maintain tight security and hygiene level at lobby by complying with procedures rule and regulation and control accessing with monitoring log book.
- Note down all complaint receive from the guest and cooperate with related department to solve it.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report.
- Other tasks assigned by Customer Service/Management.
Job Specifications:
- Have a good communication with team work.
- Understanding clearly of company's policy.
- High responsible for general work.
- Have the experience in receptionist.
- Know how to answer and solve problem affectively.
- Must be honest with the company.
