Job Descriptions:
- Perform sales duties and assist on overall sales tasks.
- Perform sales activities including call in-out, follow up, appointment with customers, build good relationship with related parties, and deliver sales promotion to customers etc..
- Conduct property research and survey, keep eyes and up to date competitors' actions, promotion, new product development.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers.
- Distribute leaflets & standby on booth promotion event.
- Assisti ng the customer on checking house with related departments.
- Support marketing department to do videos and contents.
- Assist and deal with sales and non-sale problems with other related parties.
- Prepared daily, weekly and monthly sales report submits to Supervisor.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor.
Job Specifications:
- BA degree in Sale & Marketing, Business adiministration or other related field.
- Good Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in Khiner and English language both speaking and writing.
- Good with Microsoft office (Word, Excel).
