Job Descriptions:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support sales goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize key digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including ads, landing pages, emails, and social media posts
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better results.
3. Sales and Marketing Alignment:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives to support sales efforts
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
- Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience in content marketing and social media strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media platforms or other reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experience with managing social media is a plus.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
