Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy functional web and mobile applications using modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, React, Angular, Node.js, Vue.js).
- System Architecture & Design: Participate in technical design sessions and architectural discussions. Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and scalable system designs.
- Database Management: Design relational databases, write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and ensure secure data storage and retrieval.
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct regular code reviews, perform debugging, and resolve complex application issues.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with UI/UX designers and QA teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior officers and actively participate in agile ceremonies.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, propose
tool and process enhancements, and ensure adherence to best coding practices and
security standards.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web or mobile application development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, Node.js) and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Database: Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database design principles.
- Tools & Methodology: Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication skills in both Khmer and English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
