Job Descriptions:
- Oversee all related admin work and double check document to make sure it is accurately before send to line manager for signing. Double check tenant information and register in to General Department Immigration (FPCS) App to make sure all tenant has full Visa in The Olympia City and Rose Garden.
- Help and support Leasing and Marketing Team in case customer have any inquiry related to Condo, Shophouse, LED, Office Space, and Shop.
- Monitor and assist for any event which is organized by Marketing Team.
- Check and delivery any related document to tenant.
- Provide secretarial assistance to Senior Leasing and Marketing Manager, Leasing Marketing Team by producing request letter/refund deposit/termination, reports (complaint and solution, Unit under control...), Contract (The Olympia City, Rose Garden and Borey Projects).
- Record/input lease releases, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, hand-over and legal completions with full customer details/post relevant letters and statements and update appropriate. Ensure the lease extraction sheets are completed and kept up to date on a weekly basis.
- Produce and maintain plot files, distribute copies to others related departments.
- Produce/amend standard forms for use in the office to assist leasing team. Ensure that all documentation in office and copy is up to date. Keep stock and order materials and stationery for internal use.
- Liaise with Leasing and Marketing team and ensure they receive relevant copies of request letters/ refund deposit/termination, reports (Monthly report related to other department)
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
- Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports.
- Others task was assigned by manager.
Job Specifications:
- BBA/under graduate
- Experienced with sale and marketing especially in real estate sector.
- Be able to use computer, Microsoft office, word, excel and power point
- Be able to communication with both English and Chinese
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to visit customer outdoor for introducing projects.
