Job Descriptions:
- Leasing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies for properties, focusing on maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- Telant Acquisition: Identify and attract potential tenants through various marketing channels, with a focus on Chinese-speaking clientele.
- Negotiation: Handle negotiations of lease terms and conditions, ensuring they meet the property's financial and operational objectives.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage leasing documents, ensuring all agreements are accurately executed and maintained.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research/survey to understand industry trends and competitor activity, particularly within the Chinese market.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute lease-related reports and summaries to internal teams for decision-making.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Utilize fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or other dialects) to communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred)
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to maintaining accurate records of leasing transactions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua, to cater to a diverse client base.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and negotiate favorable lease terms.
- Legal Knowledge: Understanding of local real estate laws and regulations, especially those applicable in China.
- Education: A degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is often required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
