Responsibility
- Perform offline marketing campaigns/activities to promote and brand our leasing product.
- Create events/campaigns/activities to build brand and increase prospects.
- Build a partnership to increase leasing, marketing activities, and benefits for tenants.
- Lead in setting up the booth to build more branding and marketing.
- Lead offline design such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and more.
- Attend public/networking events to build a network and increase prospects.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to reach the leasing target.
- Initiate new ideas for a better and more creative online marketing.
- Attend any related event to upgrade knowledge and skills.
