Job Descriptions:
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assign sales responsibilities, set performance targets for team members, customer follow- ups.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide feedback.
- Lead and guide the sales team in competitive analysis and new market developments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues when necessary.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure the team understands promotions, pricing, and payment.
- Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on sales progress.
- Enforce company policies, procedure, and ethical sales practices.
- Coordinated with marketing teams for support promotions, campaigns, and property events.
- Follow up on cash payments from customers who do not use bank loans.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, friendly personality, honesty, and good organizational abilities.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the sales department.
- Willingness to conduct field promotions or distribute flyers.
- Ability to work with employees at all levels and departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English and Chinese.
