Job Descriptions:
- Perform sales duties and assist on overall sales tasks.
- In charged of checking house construction before handover to customer with related departments.
- In-charge handover tasks, and work with Site / Inspector / Property Management team.
- In-charge prepare final house checking list report and submit monthly report to related departments
- Support sales team to providing relevant checking house handover issue tasks.
- In-charge prepare final house checking list report and submit monthly report to related departments.
- Perform sales activities including call in-out, follow up, appointment with customers, build good relationship with related parties, etc.
- Distribute leaflets & standby on booth promotion event.
- Guide and sell the project and coordinate appointment (call in- out), build good relation, and follow up with the customers.
- Doing daily report and monthly report. 11. Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
Job Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Having creative and innovative idea and challenging with new works
- Be able to work under pressure in any situations
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to access customer's needs and provide proper answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
