Job Descriptions:
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Maintain hygiene and tidiness of Customer Service Counter
- Assisting customer service staff with duties where required and training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
- Received customer request, write receipt, receive payment from customer and clear payment to accounting
- Investigating and solving customer service complaints both internal and external
- Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
- Prepare Cash collect report for The Elysée, Elite Town, La Seine, and future project to be included
- Issue and delegate information and announcement to customer
- Join with sale department to check handover house to the owner and Delivery Invoice to Customer
- Follow up outstanding fee with house owner or tenants to pay Space of Rental fee, Electricity fee, Water fee, Parking fee, Management fee, and Property Tax fee and other fee.
- Access Car and motorcycle parking card and Elevator Card.
- Cooperate and process customer concerns and request to managements.
- Performing additional duties where needed assigned by Property Manager.
Job Specifications:
- Finished bachelor degree, have experience as customer service before, able to speak English and Chinese.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
