Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while guiding their technical growth, specifically in Flutter and Dart.
- Architecture & Lifecycle Management: Architect and oversee the full mobile software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Flutter development, from initial concept, technical design, and coding to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA testers, and product managers to define technical specifications, integrate APIs, and ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Code Quality & Security Assurance: Establish and enforce best-in-class coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and implement robust mobile security practices to protect user data and enterprise systems.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Flutter applications to maximize responsiveness, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure a flawless user experience across iOS and Android devices
- Technology Strategy: Continuously research and evaluate emerging mobile technologies, state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod), and industry trends to propose strategic advancements and keep the company's mobile platforms competitive.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with a primary focus and deep expertise in Flutter and Dart for building cross-platform applications. Knowledge of Native iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin is a plus.
- Leadership: At least 2+ years of proven experience in a supervisory, lead, or architectural role managing software engineering teams.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Flutter state management (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod), RESTful APIs, cloud architecture integration, mobile UI/UX principles, offline storage, and push notifications.
- Security & Compliance: Strong working knowledge of mobile application security best practices, secure coding guidelines, and vulnerability mitigation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication skills in both Khmer and English to bridge technical and business requirements.
