Responsibilities:
- QA Strategy & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, QA protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Test Planning & Execution: Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of comprehensive manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts across web and mobile platforms.
- Defect Management: Monitor bug tracking systems, coordinate with development teams for root cause analysis, and ensure the timely resolution and verification of defects.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies (e.g., Agile integration, CI/CD pipelines) and implement automation tools to improve testing efficiency and software quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to clearly understand requirements and ensure test coverage fully aligns with project goals.
- Reporting & Metrics: Generate comprehensive QA metrics, testing status reports, and release readiness evaluations for the Head of Digital Transformation and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in software Quality Assurance and testing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of security testing principles is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills in both Khmer and English. Ability to effectively manage testing schedules and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
