Job Descriptions:

Provide day-to-day maintenance, electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance ensuring property operates without disruption.
Ensure that electrical and plumbing equipment operates efficiently so to extend the lifetime of electrical equipment and plumbing.
Support the Technical Supervisor following-up on any outstanding technical issues.
Undertake regular inspections, providing reports on the condition of MEP equipment.
Work closely with contractors and suppliers to fix, repair and make improvements as needed.
Undertake installation work of MEP equipment as and when needed.
Identify any problems or issues with MEP equipment and report these to the Technical Supervisor and Property Manager.
Look for ways to reduce MEP costs where possible.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or property manager.
Inspect tenant fit-out works ensuring that any such fit-out work complies with the building policies, procedures and internal rules and regulations.
Ensure compliance with the internal rules and policies of the building.
Maintain good public relations with clients, owners and tenants of the property.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Technical Supervisor
