- Boost offline and digital marketing to build the company's brand and reach prospective clients
- Build partnership to increase leasing, marketing activities, and benefits for tenants
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying customers’ needs and satisfaction
- Create innovative ways to communicate the company’s message to residents and prospects

Job Specifications:
- Have a good communication skill both English and Khmer (Chinese is more advantages)
- Ability to make recommendations and improvements to processes and procedures
- Understand clearly of company’s policy
- Know how to cooperate and work as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong and positive work ethic and attitude
