Responsibilities:
- Develop, own, and execute TCP's integrated marketing strategy — covering brand positioning, digital marketing, social media, content, PR, events marketing, and trade partnerships — aligned with the park's cultural mission, commercial targets, and seasonal programming calendar.
- Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team (Senior Marketing Officer, Digital Marketing Executive, Content Creator) — set weekly priorities, review output quality, provide coaching, and ensure all team members deliver against their individual KPIs and the broader marketing plan.
- Oversee all TCP brand communications — ensure every piece of content, campaign, press release, signage, and partner co-promotion reflects TCP's brand identity, cultural accuracy, and premium positioning; act as final approver for all external-facing marketing materials.
- Build and manage strategic marketing partnerships — hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, tourism platforms, airlines, MICE organizers, media, and cultural institutions — coordinating co-promotions, press trips, influencer engagements, and referral programs that drive measurable visitor traffic.
- Plan and oversee marketing activations for all TCP events, seasonal campaigns, and zone launches — briefing the team, managing production timelines, coordinating with the Event Planning Officer, and evaluating post-campaign performance
- Manage the marketing budget — plan quarterly expenditure across channels, track actual spend against budget, evaluate ROI on all paid campaigns and partnerships, and submit budget performance reports to the Operation Manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor destinations, and tourism industry developments — produce monthly insights report with strategic recommendations; represent TCP at tourism fairs, industry networking events, and press engagements, plus other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related field.
- Master's Degree or professional marketing certification (CIM, Google, Meta, HubSpot) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing manager or head of marketing role.
- Proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and partnership channels.
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, cultural destinations, retail, or entertainment marketing is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing and developing a marketing team is required.
- Deep understanding of the Cambodian tourism and digital marketing landscape.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms — Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok for Business, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms (WeChat, RedNote, Xiaohongshu) is a significant advantage given TCP's visitor demographics.
- Understanding of brand management, campaign planning, and marketing budget management
- Strategic thinker — able to translate business objectives into clear, executable marketing plans
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills — able to pitch TCP's brand to media, partners, and senior management.
- Data-driven — reads campaign analytics, identifies performance gaps, and makes real-time adjustments.
- Fluent in Khmer and English; Mandarin or Korean is a strong advantage.
- Commercially driven — understands that beautiful marketing must also generate leads, footfall, and revenue.
