Job Descriptions:
- Perform sales duties and assist on overall sales tasks.
- Responsible on supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Lead and train team member to work effectively and functionally.
- Develop and execute sales strategy.
- Distribute leaflet and join promotion / event.
- Response to do market property survey/research and analyze in sales strategy.
- Conduct team meetings to increase individual and team success.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Handle house checking with customer and related department to process handover task.
- Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager and Deputy Sale Manager.
Job Specifications:
- High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Having experience in Sales and Planning work
- Having creative and innovative ideas
- Be able to work under pressure in any situations
- Be honest and trustworthy in all behavior and conduct.
- Challenging with new works and good at leadership skill
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to access customer's needs and provide proper answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
