Job Descriptions:
- Promote and sell units at Diamond Bay Garden
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Manage and expand real estate agency and broker network
- Conduct presentations, site tours, and client follow-ups
- Support channel partners with project updates and sales materials
- Assist in sales documentation and closing process
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years in property sales or real estate (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good English & Khmer (Chinese is an advantage)
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work weekends
