Job Descriptions:
- Provide information to customers
- Greet and accompany the customers during visiting the showroom
- Sell the project and Coordinate appointment
- Guide and sell the project and Coordinate appointment
- Build good relation and follow up with the customer
- Conducting property research and promote the products
- Distribute Leaflets & Do promotion event
- Hunt customer directly and use other way to achieve sale target
- Guide team members to get to know clear information of project and sales skills
- Build up relation with existing customer
- Plan prepare sales team report
- Sales Agreement and Payment Schedule are 100% correct
- To ensure that customers are submitted all documents to Loan Department
- To ensure that customers are not due to date of their payment
- Work closely with Admin team to ensure that all payments are have no outstanding
- Booth Standby, Leaflet sharing and other admin tasks
- Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing or other related major.
- Fluent command on both written and spoken English proficiency
- Having experience in Sales & Marketing at least 1 year
- Good communication with customer and team work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
- Flexible, honest, time management and team work
