Job Description
- Review monthly closing reports (JV, bank reconciliation, revenue, expense, cash collection, A/R and A/P, advance, deposit, prepayment, fixed assets, etc.) submitted by the hotels, and ensure timely submission to the Account Manager.
- Conduct spot checks on daily revenue reports, cash collection reports, and A/R balances submitted by each hotel.
- Strictly monitor F&B costs and provide recommendations for effective cost control.
- Support the team in arranging timely payment processing to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Address and resolve issues by identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
- Assist the Account Manager in preparing the monthly consolidated report for the Managing Director.
- Collaborate closely with hotel finance teams and other related operational departments.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager/Head/CFO/MD.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Experience of at least 5 years in Accounting and Finance with hotel industry.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer.
- Good knowledge of Accounting Software.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Computer and office technology: Word, Excel, Access, E-mail, Internet, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure.
