Job Descriptions:
1. Attendance Management (Staff In-Out)
- Prepare punctuality report for assigned Division (H.O)
- Conduct site inspection on Finger Print Machine;
- Check, monitor, and verify monthly staff attendance at all projects;
- Set Authorized User Finger Print Machine for all projects;
- Implement and strengthen staff in-out time at Projects by doing spot check regularly.
- Collect Punctuality Report from assigned projects
- Prepared punctuality Report for Head Office
- Take disciplinary action base on approval attendance policy.
2. Attendance Management (Payroll) for Office Support, Construction Project, & Property Management
- Collect, check, verify and process the updated attendant list about staff resignation, staff transfer, maternity leave, staff suspension for first salary payment.
- Collect, check, verify and process staff monthly attendant list from all projects and H.O for second salary payment.
3. KPI Setting, Collection, and Verification for H.O
- Assist HRBP Supervisor/Deputy Manager/Manager to check and verify all KPIs to ensure the accuracy and validity.
- Help to consolidate report of Annual KPI Setting, Mid-Year KPI Result, and Annual Evaluation KPI Result for assigned projects (Soft and Hard Copy).
- KPI Tracking (KPI Setting, KPI Mid-Year and Result of previous year).
4. HRBP Operation (H.O)
- Support HRBP monthly operation of investment such as new staff probation, staff transfer, staff promotion, PIP, add work, salary increment and other related operation.
- Check, verify and make recommendation to Deputy HRBP Manager
- Consolidate Monthly and Annual report.
5. Other Administrative Related Tasks
- All staff files need to be well organized
- Organized all HRBP documents by folder, year, month.
- Meeting report
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Business or other related fields;
- A minimum 1 year of proven professional experience in Huma Resource Management (HRM)
- Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills;
- Strong in strategic and logical thinking;
- Ability to work under pressure and with staff at all levels;
- Be able to deal with difficult situations;
- Good understanding of KPIs is preferred.
